Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. We currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days including production and transit. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Can I return a personalized sign?
Made-to-order signs generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please contact us if your sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured; your applicable legal rights remain protected.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Email cnccraftshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the sign and packaging. We will review and help resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate requests before production starts, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after that.
How accurate are product previews?
Digital previews illustrate the design. Finished dimensions and appearance can vary slightly with manufacturing and lighting. Mounting hardware is included only if stated on the product page.
